Do I need to already ski or snowboard?

Nope. Plenty of people head to their first season having barely been on snow. Banff is actually a great place to learn.

I have no idea where to start. Is that okay?

That's exactly what the session is for. You'll leave with a clear plan and real next steps rather than just a list of things to Google later.

What if I don't get value from the call?

How do I book my session after purchasing?

You'll get a confirmation email straight after payment with a Calendly link to pick a time. If it hasn't arrived within a few minutes, check spam — or just email us and we'll sort it directly.

Can I reschedule my session?

Yes, up to 48 hours before your scheduled time via the link in your Calendly confirmation. See our Terms & Conditions for the full policy.
