Refund Policy

We offer two things right now: a one-on-one Strategy Session, and a pre-order of the Banff Season Guide. The refund rules are a bit different for each, so we've split them out below. Whatever the situation, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply and are never affected by anything in this policy.

Strategy Sessions

Change of mind

Once you've purchased a Session, we don't offer refunds for change of mind after it's been booked or delivered. If you haven't yet booked your Session, get in touch within 7 days of purchase and we can look at a refund or credit.

If something's gone wrong

If there's a genuine problem with the Session you received — for example, we don't show up, or what's delivered doesn't match what was promised — you're entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. This might mean a re-do of the Session, a partial refund, or a full refund, depending on the situation.

Rescheduling isn't a refund

If your plans change and you just need a different time, that's not a refund situation — see our Terms & Conditions for how to reschedule your Session.

Banff Season Guide (pre-order)

The Guide is currently available to pre-order at an early price. When you pre-order, you're buying a digital product that isn't finished yet. Here's exactly how that works so there are no surprises.

Delivery timeframe

We aim to deliver the Guide to pre-order buyers within 2 to 4 weeks of your order. We'll keep you updated by email, and if anything changes we'll let you know rather than leave you guessing.

Change of mind before delivery

Because the Guide hasn't been delivered yet, you can change your mind and get a full refund any time before we send it to you. Just email us and we'll refund you, no fuss.

If we're running late

If we don't deliver the Guide within a reasonable time of the estimate above, you're entitled to a full refund under the Australian Consumer Law. If we hit a delay, we'll tell you what's happening and give you the choice to wait for it or take a refund — your call, no questions asked.

After the Guide is delivered

Once you've been sent the Guide, it's a completed digital product you can download and keep. At that point we don't offer change-of-mind refunds — but if the Guide isn't as described, or has a genuine problem that makes it unfit for its purpose, you're entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. Email us and we'll sort it out.
